Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website and service content provided by Beijing Tanao Science And Trade Co., Ltd ("TanaoTrade").

1. Service Scope

We provide mobile app and game related technical development, operation support, and business collaboration services according to separate commercial agreements.

2. Platform and Policy Adaptation Services

Upon agreement, we provide implementation support for developer policy alignment, Google Play/App Store submission readiness, monetization platform integration adaptation, global privacy adaptation, and age management adaptation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients shall provide lawful project materials, operational authorization, and factual product information. Final platform approval decisions are made by platform operators.

4. Compliance and Data Handling

Both parties should comply with applicable data protection and consumer protection laws. Detailed obligations are defined in project contracts, data processing terms, or separate compliance appendices.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property. Project deliverables ownership and usage rights are defined in signed contracts.

6. Limitation and Contact
